Janelle is a results-focused marketing professional and team builder with over 25 years’ experience in both the public and private sectors. With industry expertise in energy, consumer packaged goods, advanced manufacturing and lottery, she has enjoyed a diverse career working for many of Atlantic Canada’s most iconic companies. 

Janelle leads CCGoodwin's largest brand and marketing accounts and has a proven track record of navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments to achieve profitable outcomes through collaboration and customer-centric thinking that drive growth and innovation. She draws on her extensive experience to deliver successful brand positioning and strategic marketing projects that help clients tell their story, drive engagement and achieve key objectives. 
 
Janelle has led organizational rebrands and international advertising campaigns for Ganong Bros., Sunkist and Irving Oil. She also worked with the award-winning and entrepreneurial team at Efficiency NB; developed rapidly growing brands with Moosehead Breweries; and executed best-in-class promotions and games with the Atlantic Lottery Corporation. With a passion for consumer insights, Janelle has also taught as an Associate Instructor of Consumer Behaviour, a third-year Bachelor of Business Administration marketing course at the University of New Brunswick.  

Janelle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of New Brunswick and an Indigenous Canada certificate from the University of Alberta. She lives in Rothesay, NB.
